The Data Centre market in the Netherlands has seen a large number of new facilities introduced over a relatively short period of time with continual increases in raised floor space taking place. The increase in new raised floor space is limiting the scope for price rises, with pricing remaining competitive. All three of the Dutch Data Centre segments will see an increase in capacity over the 5 year period from the end of 2012 to the end of 2017. The main growth in raised Dutch Data Centre space over the 5 year period from the end of 2012 to the end of 2017 is forecast to come from the Dutch Premium Data Centre and the Dutch Carrier Based Data Centre segments - which will see growth rates in raised Data Centre space of 50% and almost 52% respectively over the 5 year period.
